Process

Just a bit of daytime in the kitchen from this week.



Trimmed, cut, froze and bagged 10# of Sweet Italian peppers from this farm.



Washed and scrubbed the dirty walnuts we gathered Tuesday. Apparently if you leave any husk on it can cause them to spoil.



Picked the red and red-ish tomatoes from the garden and brought them in to ripen in the window. And then it got up to 75F today! Well, hopefully the green ones that are still out there will ripen on their vines in this unexpected heat.
