Apple
Beautiful Liberty apples that taste so good.
There was some bobbing, and lots of fresh eating.
We've shared a few and hope to make a galette or crisp and then sauce the rest.
Simple is good.

I have been dreaming of apple picking. Must figure out a spot nearby... p.s. are your slippers pia wallen? I need new - and am struggling with the choice! xo
yum, those look delicious. i've been doing a little apple cooking recently - both savoury and sweet - with gifted apples. and we've also got some turning into wine to carry us through the winter months.
