OUT OF THE VALLEY II

With Jeff at work all day Sunday (the only Sunday orientation this summer - yea!) Calder and I made plans for another outing to dodge the valley's high temperatures.



This time we headed east up to Cascadia State Park on Hwy. 20.





There's a trail down to a great rock beach on the Santiam river where we spent a couple hours sticking our feet in the water, admiring rocks, and enjoying the afternoon.



Back at home, when things had cooled off a bit, we made a little lite music in the backyard.
