CSA WEEK 3



Missed documenting last weeks take. It included garlic whips! I heart garlic whips/whistles/tops/whatever you want to call them. I may even be able to harvest some from our home garden today. Yea!

Week 3's box included the following:

spinach
salad mix
a huge head of red leaf lettuce
white onion
yellow potatoes
strawberries
zucchini
radishes
and apparently there should have been kale, but there was a mix-up

I've still got the fennel tops from the bulb in Week 2's box. It's nice in salads, (which we're eating a LOT of lately,) and also a fun little nibble on it's own now and then, besides looking nice in it's vase by the sink. It's looking rather aquatic here...
