A break last week

Out to the farm last week for a treat lunch (bacon croissant, leek+parm scone, chocolate donut.) I suppose there was a pear, orange and some pea shoots gifted from the kitchen as well.

The boys explored the recently flooded banks of the Mary's River while I snooped around taking photos. Lake had a friendly face-to-face with the farm dog, Maggie. And Calder even gave her a couple pets. (His fear of dogs seems to be waning if only just the slightest bit.)

It was a slow day of exploring places we've already been. Nothing special, but that was just right.
