BASKETBALL



Calder attended his first basketball game last week. It was on campus, the Beavers vs. Arizona. He was completely taken in by the whole spectacle. The big band, cheerleaders doing flips, dancers shaking their collective booty, and on top of it all, a brightly lit court full of guys running around and shooting baskets.

See the score? Probably not. I think it was 80-something to 40-something. Not a great game for the Beav's.



We didn't care! Neither, I think, did he. I hope we can do it again.
